At Prinkgo, we aim to deliver quality custom products in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received and the design has been confirmed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Standard Delivery

  • Our standard shipping time is approximately 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date your order is processed.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
  • Large or bulk orders may qualify for discounted or special shipping rates.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

  • While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volumes.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at prinkgo.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
