At Prinkgo, we make it simple to create and receive your custom products. Follow the steps below to understand how our order process works:

Step 1

Step 2

Customize Your Design

  • Upload your artwork, logo, or text using our customization tool.
  • Adjust placement, size, and color until it looks exactly how you want.
  • You can design on the front, back, and sleeves for maximum personalization.

⚠️ Important Notice:
Please make sure your design does not include copyrighted or trademarked material (e.g., Nike logos, college brands, sports teams, or company trademarks) unless you have permission. Prinkgo is not responsible for orders containing unauthorized designs, and such designs may be rejected.

Step 3

Review & Checkout

Before completing your order, make sure everything is correct:

  • Double-check sizes & quantities — confirm you’ve added the right number of each size (S, M, L, XL, etc.).
  • Review your design — ensure your uploaded logo, text, or artwork looks exactly how you want it.
  • Take advantage of bulk discounts — the more you order, the lower the cost per item. Perfect for events, teams, and businesses.
  • Once ready, proceed to secure checkout to complete your order.

Step 4

Proof & Production

We review your file and email you a proof. Look it over carefully and reply to approve it, because the proof becomes what we print.

Production starts when you approve. Up to that point you can change or cancel your order for a full refund. After that we cannot cancel it or change sizes, quantities, colors, or artwork.

Spelling, names, numbers, and dates are yours to check. We look at your file for print readiness, but we do not proofread your text.

Step 5

Delivery to Your Door

Most orders ship within 10 to 14 business days after you approve your proof, and standard ground delivery adds another 2 to 5 business days.

You will get a tracking email the day your order leaves us.

These are estimates. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order so we can confirm whether we can meet it. Our shipping policy has the current details.
