Refund policy

Overview

All Prinkgo products are custom-made for each order. Because of this, orders can only be canceled or refunded before production begins. Once your design enters the creation/printing process, we cannot cancel, refund, or accept returns.

If there’s an issue with your order (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll make it right—see Defective or Incorrect Items below.

Cancellations (Grace Period)

  • You may cancel or modify your order before production begins.
  • After production has started, the order is final and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at pringko.co@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number, proof of receipt, and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Return Authorization Required

Do not send items back without approval.

  • If your return is approved (for defects/incorrect items), we’ll issue instructions and a prepaid return label.
  • Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Condition (when a return is approved)

  • Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom products once production has begun.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Tip: Please review your design, sizing, and order details carefully before checkout.

Refund Timeline (for approved returns)

  • We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank/credit card may need additional time to post the refund.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, email us at pringko.co@gmail.com.
