- Increasing your order quantity typically lowers the cost per item.
- Reducing the number of ink colors in your artwork can deliver substantial savings. Our design team excels at making any graphic pop, even with just one, two, or three colors.

                      Are samples available?
                    
                  Product Samples
Yes — Prinkgo now offers printed samples so you can experience the quality and feel of our products before placing a larger order.
Sample Pricing:
Our sample pricing is based on the number of ink colors used in your design:
• $32 — Single-color print
• $53 — Two-color print
• $74 — Three-color print
(Add $21 for each additional color.)
How to Submit a Sample:
1. Visit the Sample Submission menu above.
2. Select your desired product type (e.g., Short Sleeve, Hoodie, Polo, etc.).
3. Upload your artwork and specify ink colors during the design process.
Once submitted, our team will review your design and confirm details before production begins.

                      What happens after my order is fulfilled?
                    
                  Order Processing & Tracking
Once you’ve placed your order with Prinkgo, here’s what happens next:
- Every order is examined by at least two members of our production team to ensure your artwork is flawless and print-ready. We check for aesthetics, printability, and common issues—such as alignment, contrast, line thickness, and spelling—and automatically make minor adjustments when needed.
- For larger or more intricate orders, we may email you a photographic proof for your review and sign-off before proceeding with production.
- Your items are decorated using our suite of high-quality methods, tailored to the product and design you’ve chosen.
- After decoration, we ship your order via the carrier you selected—USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trusted service—to arrive by the guaranteed delivery date.
- You can monitor your order’s progress at any time using the tracking number provided on your confirmation email. Simply visit our order tracking page.

                      What if I have issues with my order?
                    
                  Return & Late Delivery Policy
At Prinkgo, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return. We stand behind our commitment to on-time delivery: if your order does not arrive by the guaranteed delivery date, you may request a return and full refund.
-  Custom products cannot be returned or refunded except as stated below.
- If your shipment is delivered after the guaranteed date, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us and request a full refund.
