It starts as a file.
You send us a logo. We open it at full size, clean the edges, and separate it into the colors that will actually print.
Art becomes a stencil.
Each color is burned onto its own mesh screen, then aligned so every layer lands in the same place on every shirt.
Color gets mixed, not picked.
We mix to your color, pull a test print, and check it against your artwork before anything touches a real garment.
One pull per color.
The garment locks onto the platen. A screen drops, one pull of the squeegee lays the ink, and the press rotates to the next color.
Heat makes it permanent.
The print runs through the dryer until the ink cures all the way through. That step decides whether your design survives fifty washes or fades in five.

Every piece is checked by hand against your order. We keep your artwork on file, so the reorder takes one message.
