You send us a logo. We open it at full size, clean the edges, and separate it into the colors that will actually print.

Each color gets its own screen, lined up so every layer lands in the same place on every shirt.

We mix to your color, run a test print, and check it against your artwork before anything touches a real garment.
One color at a time.
The shirt is held flat while each color goes down in turn, so the layers build up clean and land in the same spot every time.
Heat makes it permanent.
The print runs through the dryer until the ink sets all the way through. That step decides whether your design survives fifty washes or fades in five.
